How We Do Things

At DataMedal, we have developed a discovery process that allows us to determine your requirements and how we can best assist you. As part of our feasibility study, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement, so you have no concerns about losing proprietary information.

Our discovery process includes four steps:

First, we will meet and discuss our services with you. If you indicate interest in our services, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement and arrange to do discovery at your site.
Then we will come to your location to gather data and interview your people to determine your needs and requirements. This process takes one to three days.
After our site visit, we will contact you to discuss our observations and verify the data we have gathered on your behalf.
Finally, we will prepare a report with our findings for you (at no cost or obligation) as to what services we can provide to you to enhance your operation. Our report includes a price quotation for those services.
