Tiering the Work

At DataMedal, we recognize that your firm may outsource certain basic functions to domestic or international firms. Under certain conditions, however, you may route your transactions to us for processing. The routing may be based on predefined parameters or "tiers" set up by you.

We will define your tiers according to dollar limits, complexity, industry, and any other of your business requirements.

We will work at any tier level—and we are ready to interface with you and/or any of your existing business partners.

Your firm can fit us into your existing vendor arrangements. We work well with other vendors. For example, let us say that your existing vendor (if you have one) provides call center services over a certain dollar threshold. We could handle all the inquiries for you.

We can offer a tiered approach to you or, alternatively, a cost-competitive comprehensive package of services.

If you currently contract with an international outsourcer, we can work with that firm to supplement that vendor’s services. We offer customer-service solutions that leverage the cost differentials of various countries with customer-service efficiencies. In the global economy, everyone wants the most cost-effective solutions and greatest amount of customer satisfaction. We offer both through our tiering process.
