A former CFO, Michael brings years of experience in business management, strategic planning, and leadership in accounting and financial operations to his work at BCC, Inc. He has directed financial analysis and reporting, tax planning, cash management, corporate banking, budgeting and audit management for various types of business units. An early pioneer of automated systems and technologies, Michael works closely with Passport Business Solutions executives and was a founding member of the International Novell Small Business Council.

Will Cummings, President
Will's extensive technical experience includes the installation and training of personnel in client accounting and tax preparations software for CPA firms. He began building custom PC's and servers almost as soon as the PC came to market. Will's expertise includes SCO UNIX systems installation and administration, Windows server installation and administration, and the design and installation of network infrastructure. He has wired factory buildings, debugged and maintained personnel software systems for the military, created virtualization components, and has computerized companies from the ground up. With a background in many different business disciplines, Will brings a broad overall perspective to all business and systems analysis.
