Every project that comes through our doors is unique in its own way. The process of a web development project, large or small, should be organized in a way that effectively addresses all the milestones, development, design and logistical issues that the project will include. To aide us in that process of organization and project management, we use a project management system called Basecamp®.
Basecamp® is an online project management software solution that helps companies become, and stay, efficient (if used properly, of course).
The first step in our process, after taking care of our typical logistical needs (Service Agreement, Process Form & Initial Deposit), is to set up your project within our Basecamp® powered work center, hereby referred to as "Work Center".
This step involves inputting all of the necessary contact details (so that at any step of the process if a team member has questions, we can easily get in contact with the appropriate contact within your company), project overview information, major milestones and sections for files and conversation related to those major milestones.
After your project is put in our work center, our Operations Director, Kyle, contacts the members from your company / organization that are to be involved in the project, to schedule a walk-through of the work center. Though we have set everything up and have organized it in a way that is simplistic and easy to use, we still like to walk you through the different areas and the way our team, and you, should be interacting within the work center.
Next is the start to your project. We are with you every step of the way and work to make every project as much of a collaboration and partnership as we can. You know your company, and so we rely on you to help guide us through what you stand for, and what is important to your business needs. We know our industry, and hope that you rely on us to give you the awesome, effective results you deserve.
